WHAT IS PRO-RATION

PRO-RATION are modern food rations for professional, tactical, and emergency use. They provide a reliable source of nutrition designed for extraordinary circumstances – from professional interventions to households that want to be prepared. They are used by firefighters, rescue workers, and individuals seeking security in today’s uncertain world.

Each pack offers tasty, 100% natural meals with a long shelf life and the option to heat without fire. When there’s no time or space to deal with details, PRO-RATION gives the body energy – and the mind peace.

PRO-RATION includes two complete product lines: EMERGENCY for crisis situations and home preparedness, and TACTICAL for professional use and tactical operations.

WHO WE ARE

Behind PRO-RATION is a team of people from Adventure Menu – a brand built on honest food, field experience, and a desire to do things differently. We are chefs, outdoor enthusiasts, and people who care about quality and meaningful work.

We believe that even in crisis conditions, people deserve food that provides both energy and morale. All meals are hand-cooked from fresh ingredients in our kitchen in the foothills of Giant Mountains in Czech republic. No chemicals, no compromises – with respect for those who rely on us.

HOW OUR MEALS ARE MADE

IIt all starts with careful selection of fresh, 100% natural ingredients – with no chemical additives. Every dish is prepared by hand by our chefs, with a focus on flavor and quality. Meats are steam-roasted, sauces are slow-cooked in kettles, and vegetables are gently simmered to preserve their natural texture and taste.

We follow traditional cooking methods, adapted to larger-scale production. Once prepared, each portion is hermetically sealed and gently sterilized in a steam autoclave. This process allows us to avoid preservatives entirely — yet the food stays safe and delicious for up to 15 years without refrigeration or special storage — while maintaining its flavour and nutritional value.

WHY WE DO IT

PRO-RATION was born out of real need – based on feedback from firefighters, rescue teams, and other professionals who often faced poor quality emergency and tactical rations in the field. These rations lacked sufficient energy, taste, nutritional value, and reliability.

We decided to change that. To create thoughtfully designed meal packs that are complete, long-lasting, yet natural and tasty. The development took place in close cooperation with those who truly need such solutions. We simply turned their vision into reality.
