Swedish meatballs with cream sauce and mashed potatoes 400 g: mashed potatoes (38%) (potatoes, milk), cream sauce (34%) (cream, beef broth, vegetable broth (water, carrots, parsley, parsnips, celery), butter, corn flour, rice flour, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, vinegar), meatballs (24%) (minced beef, minced pork, onion, egg, parsley, dill, chives, lovage, salt, allspice, pepper, cardamom), cranberries (4%).
Beef goulash with boiled potatoes 400 g: potatoes (36%), beef front (30%), onions, rice flour, corn flour, canola oil, tomato puree, garlic, paprika, salt, caraway, marjoram, pepper.

Guarana superenergy bar 40 g: nut mix 40% (peanuts, almonds), cane sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, canola oil, coconut fat, sunflower seeds, chocolate 8% (cocoa pulp, cocoa butter, vanilla flavour), buckwheat groats, cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, Rhodiola (Rosemary) 200 mg, Guarana (100 mg caffeine).

Meats are steam-roasted, sauces are slow-cooked in kettles, and vegetables are gently simmered to preserve their natural texture and taste.
We follow traditional cooking methods, adapted to larger-scale production. Once prepared, each portion is hermetically sealed and gently sterilized in a steam autoclave. This process allows us to avoid preservatives entirely — yet the food stays safe and delicious for up to 15 years without refrigeration or special storage — while maintaining its flavour and nutritional value.
