COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS OF GOODS

Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods within 14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Important notice regarding food: In accordance with the law (§ 1837 of the Civil Code), it is not possible to return goods in a sealed package which were unsealed by you and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This means that if you open food or a food supplement, you lose the right to return the goods without giving a reason.

Procedure for Return (Undamaged / Unopened Goods)

1. Fill out the Withdrawal Form (form template below).
2. Pack the goods carefully.
3. Send the package to our warehouse address: Adventure Menu s.r.o., Sokolská 545, 541 01 Trutnov, Czech Republic.
4. We will return the money to your account no later than within 14 days.

Complaints (Defects of Goods)

If a defect has occurred on the goods (e.g., damaged packaging upon receipt or spoiled content before the expiration date), you have the right to lodge a complaint.

1. Fill out the Complaint Form (form template below).
2. Send the goods to the same address: Adventure Menu s.r.o., Sokolská 545, 541 01 Trutnov, Czech Republic.
3. We will inform you about the settlement of the complaint within 30 days.
