PRO-RATION is a new product line of long shelf-life meals and complete ration packs designed for professional, tactical, and emergency use. It is based on the long-term experience of the Adventure Menu brand and was developed in cooperation with professionals – from firefighters and paramedics, through selected units of the Czech Armed Forces and foreign military forces, to experts in civilian crisis preparedness. The development took more than two years.

Unlike standard MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) or instant meals, PRO-RATION offers real, hand-cooked meals made from high-quality ingredients. All main meals are 100% natural – with no additives or preservatives. It is honest food with extreme shelf life, built to perform even in the harshest conditions.

PRO-RATION offers two main product lines – Emergency and Tactical.

PRO-RATION is designed for those who need the certainty of high-quality, great-tasting meals during demanding professional deployments, as well as for those who want a long-term food reserve for any crisis situation in civilian life (floods, blackouts, etc.). The products are used by firefighters, paramedics, armed forces, as well as individuals, families, and institutions that want to be prepared for emergency scenarios.

• Main meals: up to 15 years
• THIS-1 energy and protein bars: up to 15 years
• Sterilized drinking water: up to 50 years
• Supplements in tactical rations (biscuits, vitamins): 24–42 months

The long shelf life is ensured by the quality of the ingredients, modern sterilization technology, and premium packaging resistant to light, moisture, and oxygen.

For 15 years, we have been producing premium outdoor food under the Adventure Menu brand, tested by tens of thousands of customers worldwide. Our meals have been taken to 8,000-meter peaks, polar expeditions, and professional teams at the Dakar Rally. Thanks to this experience, we offer products that withstand extreme conditions, keep the taste of freshly cooked food, and perform in the most demanding situations – from expeditions to emergency scenarios at home.

The meals are hand-cooked in the foothills of the Giant Mountains using high-quality, 100% natural ingredients. They are then safely preserved – without any additives, preservatives, or chemicals. The result is food that retains its taste, quality, and nutritional value for many years.

The products do not require refrigeration. A dry place away from direct sunlight is sufficient – ideally a cellar, pantry, or garage. Recommended storage temperature is between 0 and 40 °C.

In the short term, the meals can withstand higher or lower temperatures, but to maintain the full shelf life, they must be stored long-term under the recommended conditions.

In case of frequent temperature fluctuations (e.g. long-term storage in a car), we recommend replacing the stock every 2–3 years.

PRO-RATION Emergency is a product line primarily designed for long-term storage for crisis situations. Its extreme 15-year shelf life makes it an ideal foundation for an emergency food and water supply for families and institutions.

The line offers three package options:

• Emergency Food/Water Box – a 72-hour supply of sterilized meals for a family of four, including almost 4 liters of drinking water.
• Emergency Water Box – contains 47 packs of drinking water (330 ml each) with a shelf life of up to 50 years. Total volume is 15.5 liters.
• Emergency Food/Water Pack – a compact pack with 2 meals and energy bars, designed to fit into a car or evacuation backpack.

All Emergency products include a flameless heater, water, and spoons. They are ready for immediate use, without cooking or complicated preparation.

For professional rescue services, institutions, as well as individuals and families. They are ideal as a home emergency reserve in case of a crisis situation.

• Emergency Box: a larger 72-hour supply for 4 people. Includes 23 sterilized meals, 12 water packs, cutlery, and a flameless heater.
• Emergency Pack: a compact portable pack. Includes 2 main meals, 2 energy bars, 2 water packs, cutlery, and a flameless heater.

Not yet. We are considering this option for the future, but logistically it is demanding. Once we find a reliable solution, we will be happy to add this feature.

You do not need a stove, but you do need water. The meals are heated using the included flameless heater – it works without fire and only requires a small amount of water.

PRO-RATION Tactical are combat rations designed for the 21st century. Tasty, natural, and optimized for compactness and low weight.

For anyone who needs high-quality, great-tasting, and functional nutrition in demanding conditions – armed forces, rescue services, technical teams.

• Full Day – a complete ration for 24 hours of demanding activity: 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, drinks.
• Half Day – a lighter ration for approx. 12 hours of demanding activity: 1 main meal, snacks, heater.

You do not need a stove. The flameless heater works with a small amount of water, which does not have to be drinking water.
