Venison ragout with potato dumplings 400 g: venison (30%), potato dumplings (28%) (water, potato flakes (SO2) (40%), wheat flour, wheat semolina, salt), root vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), onion, red wine (SO2), rapeseed oil, tomato paste, rice flour, corn flour, currant jam (currants, sugar, pectin), sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, allspice, cinnamon, bay leaf.
Farmer’s ham with lentil ragout 400 g: black Beluga lentils (23%), ham (20%) (pork meat (min. 98%), drinking water, iodized salt, aroma, spice extract), leek, carrot, celery stalk, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, contains SO2), rapeseed oil, garlic, salt, pepper.

IIt all starts with careful selection of fresh, 100% natural ingredients – with no chemical additives. Every dish is prepared by hand by our chefs, with a focus on flavor and quality. Meats are steam-roasted, sauces are slow-cooked in kettles, and vegetables are gently simmered to preserve their natural texture and taste.
We follow traditional cooking methods, adapted to larger-scale production. Once prepared, each portion is hermetically sealed and gently sterilized in a steam autoclave. This process allows us to avoid preservatives entirely — yet the food stays safe and delicious for up to 15 years without refrigeration or special storage — while maintaining its flavour and nutritional value.
